The weather was beautiful yesterday and I was feeling OK, so we headed out to Whidby Island for the day.
We did the island backwards than we normally do it and started off up at Deception Pass.

We stopped up top this time and walked across part of the bridge at Deception Pass. It’s a long way down!

The north beach we normally go to was closed for the season, so we explored another beach and had a different view.

The girls LOVE to climb around on the rocks!

Hi Sage!

One of my favorite views in all of Washington!

More climbing . . .

This was taken just after Ashley slid down a large rock. 🙁

Exploring the beach down below Fort Casey . . . Sage is just sitting on the rocks singing at the top of her lungs.

Such a beautiful day! I don’t remember being able to see the mountains this well from here before.

Selfie that was Tom’s idea 🙂

More exploring at Fort Casey

I love these 4 so much!!

A phone booth in Langley. You don’t see many of these around any more. It was free to make a local call here. 🙂

One of our favorite places to walk in Langley.

On the ferry on the way home from Whidby Island
