What an AMAZING NIGHT this was! Molly’s 4th and 5th grade choir from school sang the national anthem at the Mariners’ Game on May 19th! We took the light rail up to Seattle for the sound check. Tom, Ashley and Sage drove up and met us there for the game.

Tom dropped us of at Angle Lake Station and we hopped on the Light Rail.

At the next stop, one of their friends from choir and her mom got on! So fun!!

When we got there it was time for the sound check. I wasn’t able to go in as there were too many chaperones, but Janessa’s Dad who works there, took this photo!

We had a little bit of time between the sound check and the game so we walked around a little and got a snack at Pyramid Ale House across the street.

We went to our seats and dropped off our stuff and then headed down to get ready to sing!

We were escorted into the main interview room.

This was my view from the field as they sang.

This was Tom’s view from the seats.

Can you find me in the far left standing on the dirt?

What an amazing opportunity for the kids!

While we are not big baseball fans, it was still a fun night! Molly was so glad she had learned to play baseball this spring so she knew what going on in the game!
