This weekend was the Maple Valley Days parade and carnival at the park. Saturday morning, we met friends (for the 4th year in a row) and watched the parade. It was freezing, but luckily is didn’t rain too much!! The girls got a ton of candy (which is their favorite part) and had fun with friends and each other.

Sunday afternoon, we headed over to the park (in our rain boots, coats and with umbrellas) and enjoyed time looking around there and of course having cotton candy! No rides for us this year, except for a little train around the park and the bus/shuttle ride there. Even though 2 of them are on a bus twice a day, they still think it’s so much fun to ride on it as a family.
