9 years ago, we were just meeting our beautiful little girl and Tom was trying to figure out how to put on this HUGE 0-3 month outfit on our newborn. 
This morning, a 9 year old walked out of her bedroom and Tom was sitting on the floor with her looking at her new tablet. 9 years doesn’t seem like that long, but it has gone by in the blink of an eye! (more…)

Halloween is always such a fun evening for our family! This year, our church had a Harvest Festival and the girls chose to go to that and spend time with their friends and then trick-or-treat at a couple houses on our block on the way home. They had so much fun at the Harvest Party and Tom and I enjoyed hanging out with other parents as the kids played with their friends. We had no major meltdowns (at least not until the next day) and even managed to get a few cute pictures from the evening. (more…)

Molly had her very first field trip and they went to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday. Ashley, Andrew and I tagged along. (I have an friend who has a child in Sage’s class and also in Molly’s class so we swap kids so we can each have time to volunteer in the classrooms. Her youngest hung out with Ashley and I for the day so she could go on the bus with the class.) (more…)

We have a VERY TIRED 5 year old right now . . . last week was crazy! Last Monday, Molly tried out for a part in the Missoula Children’s Theater performance of “Blackbeard the Pirate” at her school. She got a part as a noisy parrot and practiced hard all week after school and all day Saturday. She had so much fun learning her part and making new friends!
