Last year, our attempt to cut down a tree in the forest resulted with a Charlie Brown looking tree and a great story about getting lost and having upset kids in the back seat of the car.
So this year, we decided to add another kid and try again! With a little more research, we headed out past Enemclaw and managed to follow the map to a great grove of trees. Our tree is amazing and the day went well . . . hardly any screaming from the back seat. (Sage was a little car sick at one time, but other than that, the girls did great!!) It was in the low 30’s . . . BURRRRR! But clear and sunny!!
After we got home and napped, we decorated it and I’m enjoying it right next to me as I type this post. 🙂

Molly’s favorite thing right now is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so we made sure she got ot hang up one of the Mickey Mouse ornaments. 🙂

We do the Christmas Tree Hunt yearly and LOVE it! Some years our tree has been more twisted than others, and one year had a tri-top, but the experience is fun and who ever said you have to have a perfect tree? Your’s looks encredible! Good hunting 🙂
