Tom was off on the 4th of July this year for the entire day, not just the evening. We had a relaxing morning around the house then headed out to visit the Myers at their campsite for a few hours.

We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon as a family and then had a BBQ, watched a movie and did some small fireworks here at home. It was such a nice day full of time with family and friends. . . just what we needed after not seeing Tom much the week before!
