April 6th, I had the privilege of going to the Spring menu tasting at Tom’s restaurant. I went with my dear friend Lauren (who has been with me to all of them so far) and a few ladies (and a husband) from my MOPS table. It was so nice to get out for an evening and enjoy some great food. I only wish Tom could have sat down and enjoyed it with us!
