We spent time the Wednesday before Father’s Day celebrating Tom since we knew he was going to be working all day Sunday. We started off with gifts on the back deck. (James Bond Blu-rays and homemade gifts from the girls.)

We packed up our bikes and dinner and headed out to Kanaskat-Palmer state park for the evening. We enjoyed exploring, bike riding and using the BBQ to make dinner. The weather was perfect!

I think I might like this park even more than Flaming Geyser. It’s so beautiful and there is never anyone there when we are so we have the place to ourselves. Perfect!!
