For Spring Break this week, my niece Autumn flew up and stayed with us for 5 days!  We haven’t seen her since last summer and we had so much fun with her!  The girls LOVED having a “big sister” for the week.

The week was full of rubber band bracelet making, Woodland Park Zoo, Molly Moon’s Ice Cream, makeup, Wii, cookie decorating, roasting peeps in the fire pit, Yum-e Yogurt, movie theater, swimming, eating way too much and just having fun!  We were sad to see her go this morning.  🙁

Each of us have a favorite memory of the week we had with her.  Mine was on Tuesday, when I was able to spend a couple hours, just her and I, cooking in the kitchen and talking.  I loved it!  🙂

Here’s a few pictures from our week:

The sun was out and Tom was home for dinner, so we changed plans and roasted hot dogs in the fire pit. First fire of the season! Yeah for the sun!

Roasted peeps are better than regular marshmallows, in case you were wondering.

The girls were “dying” because it was so hot (74). They “had” to put their bathing suits on and spray each other with the hose before dinner.

We thought about keeping her until July when the rest of the family comes, but we decided to let her get on the plane. We miss you already Autumn!!
